Job Summary
Complex Human Resources Manager II responsibilities include planning and administering HR policies, recruiting and interviewing to fill salaried and hourly roles, orienting new employees, maintaining benefits records, coordinating management training, overseeing compensation programs, advising management on employee-related issues, handling inquiries about policies and procedures, administering benefits programs, and providing HR leadership to management. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5–7 years of HR management/supervision experience; strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws; proficiency with benefits/compensation administration; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and HR-SAP; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Base salary around $132,086.70 plus incentive opportunities. Location is South Carolina (US) with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years experience in HR management or supervision
- General knowledge of benefits and compensation administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
