Complex Health Clinical Nursing Instructor- Albuquerque, NM

Implement the BSN Nursing program curriculum by mentoring students in inpatient clinical settings in the Alamogordo, NM area. Plan and supervise direct clinical experiences, evaluate student performance against course objectives, and provide documented feedback on skills and procedures. Maintain visibility at the clinical site while orienting staff to policies and ensuring regulatory compliance. Contribute to program development, assessment efforts, and retention initiatives through collaboration with college administration and faculty.
