Job Summary
Conduct activities of daily living, ensure client safety during community and home-based activities, and manage redirection, behavior management, and elopement concerns. Prepare meals, provide hygiene support, offer transportation, and deliver emotional support tailored to each client's unique needs. Engage clients in functional activities while maintaining their autonomy in healthcare decisions. This role requires a valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C, a G-class driver's license, and completed Vulnerable Sector Check and NVCI training. Flexible, client-dependent scheduling is available with a rate of $28-$33/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months
- University and/or College education in a related field
- Driver's License "G" class with access to a vehicle
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training (NVCI)
