Job Summary
Support a client with complex conditions in the Portslade area, including personal care and PEG feeds, while maintaining clear professional boundaries in a home setting. Manage care for young adults with complex needs, adapting your approach to support both the client and family members. Deliver a high professional standard with flexibility, maturity, and independence. Hold a UK driving licence with access to a car, as this role requires travel. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday shifts from 3:30pm to 8pm, plus Saturday from 8am to 3pm.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker
- UK driving licence
- access to a car
- Enhanced DBS disclosure
