Job Summary
Assigned Care Assistant role across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas (Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Luton, Bedford) delivering compassionate, person-centred care in clients' homes and communities. Travel between client locations to cover gaps in rotas, supporting adults and children with independent living and well-being. Role involves a mix of day and night shifts with alternate weekends; driver is required and training with in-house nurse team provided.
