Job Summary
Complex Care Assistant needed to provide nurse-led, patient-focused care in a family home in Wellingborough. Responsibilities include ventilator management, administering medication via nasogastric tube, personal care, manual handling, and seizure management. The role involves supporting the client to access the community and engage in activities, with comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support provided. DBS check covered, with free induction and opportunities for career progression within CCH. Shifts are 7 pm–7 am, including two waking night shifts per week, with potential for relocation within the network.
