Job Summary
Complex Care Assistant to support a client in the community in Harwich. Responsibilities include personal care, daily/domestic duties, escorting to outings, meal preparation, and enabling an active lifestyle. Must have a full UK driving licence and be able to drive the client’s manual mobility vehicle. Full training and ongoing clinical support provided, with opportunities for career progression within CCH/AGH. Shifts are 9 am–9 pm, Monday–Friday with alternate weekends; driver is essential.
Required Qualifications
- full UK driving licence
- ability to drive client’s manual mobility vehicle
- no complex care experience required (training provided)
- DBS check (paid by employer)
- shifts 9am-9pm, Monday-Friday, weekend rotation
