Job Summary
Complex Care Assistant needed to provide high-quality home-based care for a client with Motor Neurone Disease in Burton Latimer. Responsibilities include tracheostomy care, PEG for medication and feeding, ventilator management, moving and handling, suction and cough assist, and catheter care, while supporting daily routines. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-focused care with strong communication and clinical skills. Full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support are provided, along with a DBS check and paid induction. Shifts include day and waking night hours (8 am–8 pm and 8 pm–8 am) on a rolling rota.
