Job Summary
Mid-level Complex Business Litigation Associate in Boston. The role involves handling complex, high-profile commercial disputes, coordinating large-scale document discovery and eDiscovery, managing matters through all phases of litigation, drafting dispositive and discovery motions, briefs, and other substantive filings, and working in lean, fast-paced litigation teams with significant client contact. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience, strong legal research, analytical and writing skills, and a track record of handling matters across breach of contract, bankruptcy, business torts, fiduciary duty, securities, and regulatory investigations. Massachusetts Bar admission is required or eligible for admission; residence in the Boston office is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar
- Residence in the Boston office
- 5-7 years of experience in complex business litigation
- Experience handling matters involving breach of contract, bankruptcy, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, securities, regulatory investigations, or other high-stakes business litigation in state and federal courts
- Experience managing all phases of complex litigation including factual development, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation
