Job Summary
Implement the College's curriculum and course objectives through clinical teaching, direct supervision, and evaluation of nursing students delivering care to individuals or groups. Plan clinical experiences, develop written assignments, and provide documented feedback on student performance while remaining available for remediation and agency policy orientation. Contribute to program development, assessment initiatives, and retention efforts while serving as a professional role model in communication, collaboration, and customer service. Report to the dean or course coordinator regarding student and agency issues, and handle related duties as assigned to improve overall college operations and student satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years experience within last five years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse
- Professional Nurse licensure in the state of practice
