Completions Coordinator

Job Summary
Leads day-to-day activities of the Completions shop, plans and schedules workloads, ensuring manpower and material come together to support workflow targets. Fully supports safety, 5S, and quality initiatives; assists service center and management; uses design drawings, blueprints, and engineering documentation; performs hands-on work to install wiring harness components and support avionics assembly and furniture integration teams. Responsible for maintaining paperwork and documentation (ADTS, CDMS, CMP cards, R&I log, Corridor), aligning with FAA and Gulfstream specifications, and participating in Lean and Quality Improvement efforts. May support flight tests during aircraft certification and final phase testing. Requires ability to read wire schematics, understand 3D models, and work with internal/external teams to meet daily objectives, across multiple shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years previous aircraft experience in relevant discipline
