Job Summary
Oversees the financial processing and settlement lifecycle for complete goods transactions from signed purchase agreements through final settlement, coordinating payment collection and credit applications (through to approval) with John Deere Financial, preparing accurate transaction summaries, tracking settlement status, and ensuring data security and compliance while collaborating with the Complete Goods Sales Representative and settlement team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in financial processing, account management, or customer service in an agricultural, automotive, or equipment dealership preferred
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy in financial documentation is non-negotiable
- Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously with clear prioritization
- Comfortable with customer-facing financial conversations
