Job Summary
Manages the financial processing and settlement lifecycle for complete goods transactions from signed purchase agreement through final settlement, coordinating payment collection, credit applications via John Deere Financial, and transaction summaries with the settlement team. Works in tandem with the Complete Goods Sales Representative to track settlement status, ensure timely payments, and maintain compliance, data security, and customer communication throughout delivery. Requires 2+ years of experience in financial processing, account management, or customer service in an agricultural, automotive, or equipment dealership, with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deals while handling customer-facing financial conversations.
