Job Summary

Complaint Handling Unit responsible for executing product quality complaints procedures for designated region, including accurate entry into the complaint management system, interfacing with CIU and DPOC for information accuracy and follow-up, coordinating sample intake and shipment to investigating sites (APAC), supporting functional testing and documenting results, developing operating procedures to standardize processes, and participating in or leading projects focused on complaints management improvements for Asia Pacific. Requires experience in GMP, strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage complaints in a regulated environment, and knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements; English proficiency and cross-cultural teamwork are emphasized.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science/ Life Science, Pharmaceutical Science or Engineering or proven relevant experience
  • minimum 3 years experience in related field
  • experience in GMP work environment
  • strong preference for previous quality/compliance experience, and complaint management experience
  • proficient in English both oral and written
  • knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical context
  • ability to work in multi-cultural environment
