Job Summary
Lead or support Competitiveness & Transformation initiatives within Castrol’s Supply Chain, driving data-driven decision making through cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include managing transformation projects, performing end-to-end data extraction and consolidation (SQL, JDE, Kinaxis, MS Access, Excel), building comprehensive supply chain cost models (raw materials, packaging, finished goods, manufacturing costs, logistics, warehousing, transfers, forecasting) and supporting the PCC, OCC, Industrialization and Transformation agenda. Requires solid project management (formal qualification preferred), experience with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI), and ability to translate data into actionable insights. The role involves partnering with global C&T teams to ensure effective handover and value delivery, with up to 10% travel and relocation support within India. Hybrid work arrangement with office and remote components in Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 9+ years experience in Lubricants/chemicals/FMCG
- Solid project management experience (PMP/Prince)
- Data extraction from JDE/Kinaxis/SQL/Excel
- Data analysis and cost modelling
- Ability to use analytics tools (Power BI/Excel)
- Strong collaboration across teams and geographies
