Competitive Team Coach (Optional Program - Coconut Creek)

Teach gymnastics drills, progressions, skills, and routines in a professional and safe environment while following prescribed lesson plans and rotation schedules. Maintain a fun and safe environment by prioritizing the safety and well-being of children, acting as a role model and leader. Work with department leaders and coaching staff to optimize training, remain adaptive to challenges, and ensure punctuality for all classes, meetings, and staff trainings. Keep the department leader informed of incidents, injuries, or early dismissals, and return all communications from administrative staff promptly. Acquire and maintain a USAG Professional Membership. A background check is required for applicants.
