Job Summary
Competitive Intelligence Senior Associate in AMGEN Capability Center Portugal (Lisbon). Lead CI gathering to support US and global marketing teams on obesity assets, synthesize insights from primary and secondary sources, define business problems, and develop integrated analysis plans. Deliver perspectives on competitive developments, implications for Amgen, and recommended actions while working in a matrix environment. Responsibilities include structuring problem-solving, reporting CI findings, delivering insights on market dynamics, leading strategic exercises and competitive simulations, coordinating CI collection at medical conferences, maintaining data sources, ensuring accuracy and quality of CI findings, expanding CI/strategy support across functions, and upholding Amgen’s CI Legal and Ethical Guidelines. Travel requirement: 5%. Ideal candidate is a strategic, structured thinker with problem-solving, ownership, and strong communication skills; minimum+3 years CI/related experience; degree in healthcare/business/finance/economics; proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint; preferred: healthcare/biopharma insight-generation experience.
Required Qualifications
