Job Summary
Competitive Intelligence Manager accountable for owning the Win/Loss program, building AI-assisted research and analysis workflows using Claude, and developing battlecards and sales plays to embed competitive insights into GTM efforts. Collaborates with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to translate interview findings into actionable guidance, deliver regular leadership-facing reporting, maintain scalable CI templates, and act as the human-in-the-loop for AI-assisted content development with a focus on cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, strategy, or related field
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for research and outputs
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Exceptional written communication skills and ability to tailor outputs for different audiences
- Curiosity and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and ability to frame incomplete information clearly
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (EDR, XDR, MDR, identity security) is a plus
