Required Qualifications
- Culinary degree from an accredited program or relevant experience as a Chef
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry, preferably line cooking, titles chef de partie/sous chef/cdc/exec
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and be organized
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency
Desired Qualifications
- Michelin level training or similar fine dining experience
- Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen safety
- Basic pastry skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Excellent attention to detail
- Personable with good FOH qualities
