Job Summary
Schedule quarterly business reviews, formulate long-range sales plans, and develop strategic growth roadmaps focused on new business awards and customer dependencies. Aggressively pursue additional sales opportunities to drive closures, initiate contract renewals, and monitor competitive activity to ensure appropriate responses. Resolve customer issues with autonomy while ensuring high-quality service and maintaining accurate CRM data. Own relationships with mid-level and senior clients, support implementation initiatives, and manage contractual obligations including inventory and pricing reviews. Ensure all contract obligations are met on time by both parties. Full-time remote role in the Gainsville area with up to 60% travel.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of industrial sales experience, with related products and/or related industry
- Valid Driver's license and approved driving record
- Travel estimated up to 60%
- High standard of professionalism and ethics
- Ability to analyze complex business situations and develop creative business focused solutions
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and ability to manage and drive own schedule
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, blueprint or schedule form
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills, and formidable negotiating skills
- Effective communicator, both verbally and with written communications
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees
- Refined persuasion and related sales and presentation skills
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and execute in a high-pressure environment
- Comfort with and efficient in data analysis, graphs, statistics, percentages and ratios
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project management and/or new customer onboarding, a plus
