Job Summary
Develop, assess, evaluate, maintain, and improve competency models, behavioral indicators, and proficiency standards in accordance with established guidelines. Conduct competency gap assessments and recommend strategies to address workforce capability gaps. Apply competencies to define work roles, occupational job groupings, and workforce capability frameworks. Support implementation and sustainment of competency-based human capital initiatives and provide expert guidance on competency frameworks to program leadership. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to agency leaders, managers, and workforce stakeholders. Ensure all deliverables meet contract quality standards and performance requirements. This role supports potential future contract awards for federal government clients, requiring a Master's degree, TS/SCI clearance, and five years of experience in competency development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Capital Management, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing competency models, behavioral indicators, and related competency factors in accordance with applicable professional standards or uniform guidelines
