Job Summary
Competence Lead inom Automation och El-design in Linköping, Sweden. Lead role defining, maintaining, and enhancing best practices in control systems (PLC software and electrical hardware) and drive harmonization of product engineering processes across locations. Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications, define requirements for product development and further development of the engineering toolchain, and mentor/coaching to upskill colleagues. Initiate and drive global projects for harmonization in controls engineering; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feedback flow from project realization into product development. Monitor emerging trends to align with strategic goals and travel occasionally between locations in Sweden, Germany and Austria. Flexible hybrid working model offered; travel and collaboration across international teams are expected.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant degree in electrical or automation engineering
- professional experience in similar roles
- ideally within the logistics automation industry
