Job Summary
Drive a Profit Center by managing full P&L responsibility for revenue, margin, utilization, and team quality. Lead end-to-end sales and business development, including pipeline construction, customer qualification, and contract negotiation. Steer project staffing to optimize capacity while actively scaling the consulting team from 8–10 to 30+ FTE. Engage as a strategic partner in high-level digitalization and AI implementation projects with key client decision-makers. This role offers complete entrepreneurial autonomy within a leading German data & analytics firm, featuring a hybrid work model with 50–75% travel. You will build a high-performing unit focused on modern data platforms, leveraging deep Databricks expertise and a strong industry network to drive sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Databricks-Netzwerk
- Projekterprobte Kenntnisse im Databricks-Stack
- Zertifizierung als Databricks Champion
- Führungserfahrung mit P&L-Verantwortung
- Eigene Track-Record in der Akquise und im Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen im Consulting-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Verhandlung komplexer Angebote und Rahmenverträge
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
