Job Summary
The Compensation & Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for conducting market benchmarking, maintaining job structures, managing compensation cycles, and supporting data governance across HR systems. Key responsibilities include leading the annual compensation cycle, managing compensation data and ensuring compliance with regulations. The analyst will develop reports and insights to improve compensation decisions and enhance team member experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and experience with compensation tools are essential for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible, dedicated compensation experience including hands-on responsibility for market pricing, compensation analysis and administration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting compensation programs in a multi-site manufacturing or operations-based environment
- Demonstrated experience using compensation survey tools and compensation management software
- HR Certifications (CCP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
