The role involves developing and executing annual compensation cycles, overseeing salary increase processes, conducting benchmarking surveys, maintaining salary structures for market competitiveness, overseeing job catalog audits, performing compensation audits, and providing guidance on compensation guidelines. Requires collaboration with HR partners, strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work on-site in Buffalo/East Aurora, NY with a Hybrid schedule. Salary range: $70,000–$90,000 annually. Education: typically a Bachelor’s degree; Location: Buffalo, NY area; On-site requirement with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
