Job Summary
Conduct complex analysis of comparable job titles and industry pay trends to determine competitive compensation for employees at the Erie County Medical Center Corporation. Perform research, benchmarking, and modeling to support merit, incentive, and job evaluation programs while reviewing requests for new or revised job titles. Manage the annual employee pay increase and review processes, collaborating with hiring managers to determine recommendations and track compliance. Assist in processing employment transactions, develop compensation policies and procedures, and prepare data reports for collective bargaining negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a Bachelor's Degree
- Two (2) years of experience in compensation administration
- Experience must include the development of compensation policies and procedures
