Job Summary
Provide expert guidance to HR partners, talent acquisition, and leadership on complex compensation matters, ensuring alignment with pay equity principles. Collaborate with business units to understand strategic goals and develop tailored compensation solutions supporting talent and organizational needs. Design and oversee pay practices and governance to maintain competitive and fair compensation programs, while leading key processes such as annual compensation planning, off-cycle review governance, and job alignment. Support the ongoing development of job architecture and data-driven workflows to promote clarity and consistency across teams. This role requires 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards, strong knowledge of U.S. compensation laws, and expertise in Excel and Google Sheets for complex modeling.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards roles with increasing scope and impact
- Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation laws and compliance standards, including federal, state, and local regulations
- Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of complex modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data insights and communicate recommendations effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
