Compensation Operations Analyst who supports end-to-end administration of commission payouts for ~1,500 commissioned employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payout across quarterly cycles. Responsibilities include reviewing internal commission inquiries and Jira tickets, preparing quarterly variance analyses against compensation targets and quota attainment, assisting with financial modeling and scenario analyses for new commission plans, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, HR, Legal, and Accounting, creating executive-ready summaries of findings and proposed changes, documenting internal commission policies, rolling out and administering the new sales incentive plan, templatizing recurring analyses for global leadership, and contributing to ad hoc compensation strategy projects. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in finance/analytics/operations, strong Excel modeling skills, genuine curiosity about sales compensation and incentive design, meticulous attention to accuracy with sensitive data, and strong communication abilities to convey complex concepts to internal stakeholders.
