Job Summary
Administer global compensation programs, job architecture, and pay structures by maintaining data integrity in Workday and Pave. Support market pricing activities, analyze internal and external pay data, and recommend range updates to ensure competitive and equitable decisions. Configure and manage annual compensation cycles, including system setup, testing, and quarterly bonus processing, while coordinating with People, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams. Develop workforce dashboards, automate manual reporting, and validate data for planning and business decision-making. Own Total Rewards content by creating and maintaining policies and educational resources within Confluence. This 6-month temporary assignment offers potential conversion to a full-time role within Workato's enterprise infrastructure team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on compensation experience, including global exposure in a high-growth or SaaS environment
- Experience with Radford and other technology-focused compensation surveys
- Experience administering compensation programs in Workday
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Pave or a comparable compensation planning platform
- CCP certification
