Compensation Manager

Job Summary
Own and administer comprehensive compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and bonus plans; lead salary benchmarking and develop competitive salary ranges across roles; develop, communicate, and administer compensation policies and procedures; conduct job evaluations and maintain job descriptions; manage annual merit and performance evaluations processes; provide market and industry evaluations for field, corporate, and manufacturing roles; analyze compensation data to identify trends and recommend enhancements; partner with HR business partners, talent acquisition, payroll, and finance to align compensation strategies with organizational goals and budgets; support internal moves and acquisition-related compensation decisions; stay current with compensation trends and regulations; effectively communicate policies and programs to stakeholders and support hiring and retention through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional compensation management experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and compensation management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Travel ability to support company objectives
