Job Summary
Develop compensation strategies and frameworks supporting business goals, designing base salary and variable incentive programs aligned with regulatory guidance. Manage year-end variable compensation analytics, synthesizing employee performance, business metrics, and market data to inform recommendations. Assist in preparing RBC Human Resources Committee and Board documents, while integrating communication to ensure HR Partners and employees understand program details. Drive process improvements through automation and stay current on external market developments and competitor practices. Collaborate with Business Partners to support major change initiatives such as mergers and re-alignments.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in Compensation and/or Finance
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour or similar
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze complex situations, synthesize information, understand issues, identify options, and support sound decision making
