Job Summary
Compensation Manager responsible for leading global compensation programs, salary structures, and pay practices, including equity programs (RSUs, stock options, ESPP); perform market pricing, benchmarking, and analytics; shape job architecture and leveling; manage annual planning cycles (merit, bonuses, promotions) and provide data-driven guidance to HR, Finance, and leadership; partner with executive-level stakeholders and ensure governance, compliance, and data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems. The role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder influence, and ability to drive scalable compensation operations in a global, on-site setting.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience managing or supporting equity compensation administration and reporting within a publicly traded company environment preferred
