Compensation Manager

Administer compensation strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational goals and comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Manage annual merit and bonus planning cycles, including analysis, modeling, and implementation, while partnering with HR leadership on final program decisions. Maintain company-wide job architecture and salary structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Develop guidelines, manager tools, and training materials covering offers, promotions, and ranges. Analyze market data from benchmarking studies to recommend updates to pay grades and salary ranges. Prepare dashboards and reports presenting insights to HR, department heads, and executive leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation decisions, job evaluations, and offers, supporting workforce planning and large-scale hiring initiatives. Establish approval workflows and guardrails for ranges and exceptions. This full-time, in-person role is based in Atlanta, GA, with a 5+ year experience requirement.
