Job Summary
Leads design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs including base salary structures and short- and long-term incentive plans; serves as advisor on pay decisions, job leveling, internal equity, and market competitiveness; oversees market pricing, governance, and compliance, annual compensation cycles, and equity administration; maintains job architecture and data integrity in systems like Workday and BetterComp; collaborates with HR, Finance, HRBP, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to align compensation with business strategy and regulatory requirements across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Eight (8) years of compensation experience in a centralized compensation department
- Experience with Workday, Oracle Cloud HR, SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)
- Experience with compensation administration software such as BetterComp, CompAnalyst or MarketPay
