Job Summary

Compensation Manager responsible for developing and executing compensation strategy, incentive design, analytics, and market benchmarking while partnering with business leaders. The role blends strategic program design with hands-on execution, requiring 5+ years in compensation strategy and annual planning cycles, and financial services industry experience. Located in NYC or Central NJ with a Hybrid arrangement (3 days onsite). The position offers visibility within HR and senior leadership, plus strong compensation, bonus, and profit‐sharing opportunities. The candidate should be capable of influencing compensation strategy at a high level, while delivering practical, day-to-day execution, analytics, and stakeholder management.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience with compensation strategy, incentive plans, and annual planning cycles
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
