Job Summary

Manage the global compensation framework, including salary structures, job architecture, and pay ranges, while conducting market pricing and benchmarking analysis. Lead the design and administration of sales incentive plans and annual incentive processes, ensuring eligibility assessments, target setting, and payout modeling align with organizational goals. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide analytical insights on pay competitiveness, internal equity, and incentive effectiveness. Support the Director, Total Rewards with executive compensation activities and board preparation, while maintaining vendor relationships with survey providers and external advisers. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations and strengthen governance documentation across international markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of compensation experience, including ownership of compensation programs, frameworks, and analytical deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience managing sales incentive and annual incentive plans
  • International compensation experience across multiple countries, currencies, and regulatory environments
  • Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, market pricing, salary structures, and governance practices
  • Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities, including modeling, trend analysis, and data auditing
  • Experience working with HRIS and compensation planning tools
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical compensation concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and navigate within a complex matrixed organization
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization and operational excellence

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Workday experience preferred
