Job Summary

Lead the implementation and alignment of CSL’s global compensation programs across Latin America, ensuring consistency with global frameworks while adapting to local market conditions. Drive standardization of compensation processes and tools, conduct wage and salary surveys to benchmark practices, and support annual compensation cycles including merit reviews and short- and long-term incentive programs with a regional focus. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, country HR leaders, and business leaders to ensure compensation strategies align with regional and global priorities; provide expert consultation on compensation practices, market trends, and compliance for Latin American countries. Analyze compensation data and market trends to develop insights and recommendations on pay structures, job evaluations, and incentive programs; ensure programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations; partner with HR Technology and Operations to optimize tools and processes; develop training materials to support implementation. Lead as a trusted advisor on complex compensation matters and drive alignment with CSL’s global philosophy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation
  • Experience in compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and market analysis within Latin America
  • Experience with HR technology systems, preferably Workday
