Compensation Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract responsible for end-to-end compensation advisory and delivery in the UK. Partners with HRBPs and senior stakeholders to shape pay strategy, market benchmarking, salary modelling, and bonus schemes; leads governance and compliance across compensation activity; delivers insights and tools to improve decision-making and efficiency; supports annual salary and bonus cycles; collaborates with HR, Centres of Excellence, and offshore teams; requires strong analytics, market insight, and ability to influence at senior levels.
