Job Summary

Lead the design, strategy, communication, and implementation of global Compensation programs aligned to business objectives. Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to develop competitive, equitable compensation solutions while leveraging approved AI-enabled tools to improve research efficiency and scalability. Contribute to Compensation governance and projects, identifying continuous process and policy enhancements, and provide guidance on global Compensation policies and procedures. Perform job evaluations, prepare salary recommendations for senior leadership roles, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert ensuring compliance and data integrity. Advise the HR community and leadership on Total Rewards policies, resolve issues as they arise, and participate in external meetings to gather best practices. Ensure responsible use of AI by adhering to company policies, data privacy requirements, and ethical standards when analyzing employee and organizational data.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years professional hands-on experience within HR
