Job Summary
Assess existing compensation programs and data to recommend a roadmap supporting growth from 500 to 1,500+ employees. Design and implement a company-wide job catalog, job families, and leveling criteria, then reconcile these with departmental frameworks. Run merit and compensation review processes end-to-end, including planning, modeling, approvals, and post-cycle analysis. Build tools and guidelines for recruiters to self-serve offer construction and establish clear escalation processes for exceptions. Develop compensation metrics and reporting to provide visibility into market competitiveness, band positioning, and pay equity. Build frameworks for new-hire, promotion, and refresh equity grants while preparing market-informed points of view for executive and board discussions.
