Compensation Consulting Assistant

Research public filings to gather financial data and use Mercer's in-house technology to run reports and analysis. Support colleagues by conducting additional reporting tasks and soliciting knowledge from other areas as required. Work under direct supervision to assist compensation consultants with administrative duties. This role is for U.S. colleagues only and requires a hybrid schedule with at least three days onsite per week.
