Job Summary
Compensation Consultant for Texas Oncology/US Oncology Network offered by McKesson. Partners with HR Business Partners and leaders to design, deliver, and administer market-competitive and internally equitable compensation programs. Core duties include strategic advisory on compensation strategy, job evaluations, and policy interpretation; market analysis and benchmarking using salary surveys; designing salary ranges, incentive plans, and bonus programs; participating in merit increases and incentive administration; analytics to identify trends and risks and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership; governance and compliance to ensure adherence to regulations and internal standards; collaboration with HRIS and cross-functional teams to support data management, reporting, and process improvements; and communicating compensation practices and philosophy. Preferred CCP designation and healthcare experience are highlighted as desirable qualifications. The role emphasizes shaping compensation strategies to support talent attraction, retention, and development within a healthcare context.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in compensation分析 or compensation program design and advisory support
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, and pay practices
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
