Job Summary
Analyzes and interprets financial data and trends to inform strategic decisions; performs variance analysis of actual versus planned data; audits areas of concern such as unusual costs and overtime; gathers and analyzes preliminary data to help management determine strategic direction for communicating information to regions and districts; collaborates with finance partners across the country to consult on planning and reporting; assists others in understanding financial reports, graphs, and charts; supports leadership with up-to-date, reliable information to enable best possible decisions. Requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Access) and Power Query, with a Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Readiness for a hybrid work model (1-2 days weekly in-office).
