Job Summary
As Compensation Business Partner, partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership to design and implement data-driven compensation strategies that scale Axon’s global Total Rewards programs. Lead major compensation programs (annual pay equity analysis, year-end cycles, stock processes), conduct job evaluations and leveling, provide salary recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, and develop market-competitive, scalable global programs aligned to business strategy. Use AI and automation to improve compensation analytics, build dashboards, model market trends, and summarize data-driven insights. Drive governance and compliance, support salary planning and incentive design, and contribute to Axon’s job architecture and pay structures. Collaborate across functions to advise on offers and promotions, guide leaders with market context, and ensure rigorous, equity-focused execution across all regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in analytical fields such as finance, accounting, business administration, or economics
- 4-6 years of progressive compensation and/or HR partner experience
- Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience managing highly complex projects
- Excellent time management
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- International compensation experience is a plus
