Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Job Summary
Oversee payroll and compensation programs; design, evaluate, and modify benefits policies to ensure programs are current, competitive, and compliant; manage HMO and Group Life Insurance; conduct salary benchmarking and labor market research to define benchmarks; ensure regulatory compliance and prepare periodic reports; coordinate compensation and benefits processes (salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction); handle employee queries about salary increments and adjustments; develop compensation structures and provide regular updates for payroll management; deliver analytics on internal equity and external competitiveness to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resource, or its equivalent
- MBA, M.SC, MA and/or Professional certifications CIPM, SHRM/CIPD is an added advantage
- 7+ years relevant experience in Human Resources and 3+ years in similar role
