Job Summary
Analyze compensation and benefits data across LATAM to provide insights for regional initiatives and decision-making. Support the execution of global and regional processes, including merit and bonus cycles, while conducting position evaluations and job architecture activities. Participate in salary surveys to maintain competitive structures and perform audits to drive continuous improvements in data quality. Provide guidance to HR stakeholders on reward topics and contribute to regional projects with analytics and reporting. This role leverages advanced Excel and Power BI skills within a global hygiene and health company serving 150 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 4-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- exposure to job evaluation
- exposure to salary benchmarking
- exposure to reward programs
- Advanced Excel skills
- ability to work with large datasets
- ability to work with macros
- Advanced English proficiency
