Job Summary
Compensation & Benefits Specialist responsible for design, administration, and execution of compensation programs including salaries, bonuses, pay structures, and grading frameworks; ensure competitiveness, equity, and compliance with labor laws; lead job grading, salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, and governance of compensation; develop data-driven recommendations, analytics dashboards, and insights for leadership; collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders; experience in global compensation, pay equity, HRIS, and budgeting; remote work opportunity. Responsibilities include maintaining grading frameworks and salary ranges, conducting market benchmarking, analyzing internal vs market pay, administering the annual salary review, performing job evaluations, ensuring pay equity and legal compliance, overseeing bonus/incentive programs, and delivering analytics to support decision-making. Requirements include 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards, global benchmarking across regions, proficiency in Excel, and cross-functional partnership.
