Job Summary
Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support salary reviews, benchmarking, documentation, and benefits administration in Ukraine. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and consistency of compensation processes, providing data-driven insights for decisions, maintaining employee contracts and HRIS data, administering benefits programs (medical insurance, office benefits, etc.), and preparing regular and ad hoc HR analytics. Requires 1–3+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Reward / HR analytics, strong Excel skills, ability to communicate complex topics clearly, and English proficiency; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement based in Kyiv with Kyiv Oblast; opportunity for global collaboration and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Reward / HR analytics
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and Excel
- Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a global environment
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be a plus
