Job Summary
Lead company-wide compensation strategy, salary structures, market pricing, and annual compensation planning while overseeing employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness. Manage multi-state payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement across federal, state, and local regulations. Partner with executive leadership to provide reporting, analytics, and strategic recommendations that support business decisions and help attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, finance, or Total Rewards
- Experience managing multi-state payroll
- Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, salary administration, market pricing, and incentive programs
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
