Job Summary

Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs by conducting regular benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analyses to align pay structures with organizational goals. Oversee the design, administration, and communication of comprehensive team member benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, and retirement programs, while managing renewals and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Prepare analytics on compensation trends and benefits utilization to identify cost efficiency opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and union representatives to align budgets, manage open enrollment, and develop wellness initiatives. Partner with HR teams to deliver training on total rewards and maintain accurate records for audits. This role requires 10+ years of experience in construction or related industries, proficiency in UKG HRIS or Power BI, and occasional travel for regional visits.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation structures, and benefits administration
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Travel is required for this position
  • Team Member must be comfortable with sitting for an extended period

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in UKG HRIS and/or Power BI preferred
  • Union knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
